Conversion of garage with unused space above - Seaford 

Brief: Redesign the conversion for this change of use project to ensure compliance with the local authority as planning had been refused and withdrawn on 2 previous occasions, secure planning permission and create a desirable and functional 1 bed dwelling. 

Design approach and material palette:

  • Zinc angled bay to ensure privacy with no overlooking to neighbour
