Michael discovered a passion for architecture when his parents embarked on an extension on their own home and Michael was inspired by the house plans.
Michael’s journey in the architectural industry began when he enrolled in the University of Brighton where he graduated with a first class BSc Hons Degree in Architectural Technology in 2006. In 2011 Michael gained his chartership and became a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology CIAT.
In 2017 Michael became the South East regional chairman for the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology CIAT, which has strong links with the University of Brighton and Southampton Solent University. Michael is a guest lecturer and a participant on the student critique panel. Michael is very committed to investing time into the future of the industry and help guide future practitioners.

Practice Manager | G3 Architecture
Nicola oversees the day to day management of the practice. Scheduling the teams’ diaries to manage clients, site and planning meetings she ensures that the team work at maximum efficiency and project deadlines are always met.
Architectural Technologist | G3 Architecture
Tommy gained industry experience in a part time role during his studies and successfully graduated from the University of Brighton with a Degree in Architectural Technology. Tommy was awarded the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology South East region award for his dissertation, which explored the adoption of new technology and processes by small to medium architectural practices. On graduation Tommy was happy to join our team.
